I want to know more about "charm."

Hmm. Well, people who are charming always know just the right thing to say at the right time. To put people at ease, to get them to like you and, in a lot of cases, get them to follow you.

Sounds like him, but... What about sparkling?

[identity profile] madsciencemaou.livejournal.com 2010-02-12 02:14 am (UTC)(link)
What does that have to do with charm?

[identity profile] tenshinomakai.livejournal.com 2010-02-12 02:16 am (UTC)(link)
It...doesn't? I mean, not usually. Where'd you hear this?

[identity profile] madsciencemaou.livejournal.com 2010-02-12 02:25 am (UTC)(link)
There's this Sophomore Leader who has all of those qualities. He sparkles. Constantly. Is it a side-effect or what?

[identity profile] tenshinomakai.livejournal.com 2010-02-12 02:40 am (UTC)(link)
I really don't think the two are related. Just a weird coincidence.

If someone actually sparkled at me, I'd be less than charmed.

It never stops.

So how do you use it?

[identity profile] tenshinomakai.livejournal.com 2010-02-12 03:20 am (UTC)(link)
What, charm? You don't really use it. It just happens. People who do try to use it in a calculating manner aren't really charming and will usually be found out.

But I guess..flattery is a good place to start. Smile to put people at ease.

So the lazier you are about it, the better it works?

...That sounds stupid.
