I'm not being cryptic, you're just not understanding. Everyone knows potions and poisons fall under the alchemical category. And I was simply mistaken about thinking you were a man of science, quick to follow scientific leads to their inevitable conclusion. I mean, all these high powered beings are going to be at my party and you don't even want to investigate them? Pity.
